Clearwater Spas Beachcraft Series oval control panel overlay 12218 is discontinued , see generic overlay 11774  also in blue with same button layout.

Jets1 Jets2 Light are on the left and Warm Mode Cool buttons are on the right of this 6 button Clearwater Spas oval control panel overlay. 

This overlay is just over 6.5 inches long x just under 2 3/4 inches tall.

This original control panel graphic overlay has a self-adhesive backing to apply directly over the original topside control panel.  If replacing overlays, remove the old overlay first.
